I'm afraid I will be of no help but what are you trying to achieve?

theres a circlip on the xmember behind gearbox thats the fellow you need to remove also u have to unwind the torsions takes all pressure away then jack it up, pull the torsion backwards and it will pull out of the front xmember where engine is turn it 1 notch clockwise ns and anti clockwise os and put back then replace circlip you removed then wind them back up, hope that makes sense

yes that does but do u have to undo the 3 nuts on the front plate:thumbs

nope removing the circlip means u can just pull the torsion bar out, i have edited previous post to tell you what way to turn them aswell

Also a good idea to mark the bar with some typex or similar so you know how far to turn it, cause I bet you need to twat it with your biggest hammer to get it out. Then you'll have forgotten where it was when you retrieve it from the back axle :lol

Spoke to Terranobreakershropshire earlier about this as I was under my car today and wound both of my adjusters as far as they would go and the car went up by probably an inch :(

Anyone got any pics of what adjustment needs to be done at the front?
