tonight i cooked a great meal

My chicken stir-fry was soooo good I thought I would share the recipe/cooking with you all.

Of course you need to purchase the ingredients from a good shop. I get mine from Marks & Sparks..

Now for the details..
Remove wrapping. Pierce lid in a few places. Micro-blast for as long as it needs.. Stir.. Micro-blast again. Leave for a minute or so... Eat
