easy , that took 20 mins

2 x 19m spanners and a 19m socket and ratchet ( I wd40'd it a few days before)

ok you need to WD40 HERE !!

in the second photo you need to undo the top nut.

then see the bolt in the first pic ? , crank it baby

when done , re tighten the top nut in the first photo
