ok i've had a look around and cant find the answer, how do i go abouttightening my handbrake, it seems to come up to far for my likeing and also seems to lurch forward a bit after i engage it and take my foot off the foot brake

Ah that's easy:)
You need to take out the center consul and you'll find it hidden under it:D

although you can adjust it with a long extention and a deep reach 8mm or 10mm socket (i can never remember what size they are) through the slot where the handbrake lever runs (you will need to be under the lever with the socket).
just push the rubber out of the way and dive in :naughty

its probably the adjusters that are stuck on the rear drums which will give you the sloppy handbrake.while tightening the cable might help reduce the travel,it dont usually do a great deal to the effectiveness of the hand brake .the best way is to follow this download

a bit of a pain but well worth it and you can feel the difference both on the hand brake and foot brake.

The footbrake is fine, infact very sharp, its just the travel of the handbrake that seems to goup a bit far for my likeing, maybe i'm just being fussy lol
