Just thought I'd share this picture.....CliveG, Jonela and those very familiar with French roads and cars, will recognise....the Micro Car......only in France can you own and legally drive a car like this....without a license.....500cc diesel single speed box limited to 50kph.....a b****y nightmare and nuisance on the roads....

They're all over Spain too, Chinese Aixams, 200cc scooter engines, subsidised by the Spanish Government to get the old farmers out of their trailer-pulling rotovators that holding up all the traffic by driving at 15kms an hour. Trouble is, once they get these 21st century marvels, they still drive them at 15kms an hour!!!
