The Wrekin

Having recently bought a new bike for commuting/leisure, I thought I would tackle the Wrekin. I used to cycle up there all the time in my youth which would include cycling to and from it aswell.
Today I thought I'd see how unfit I am so put the bike in the back of the Patrol and headed off. Going up the Wrekin nearly killed me off. 27 minutes to the top I think I walked most of the way but coming back down took all of 5 minutes lol.

ive been over it a couple of times.
I didn't dare touch my brakes much on the way down for fear of loosing control on the gravel.
a very fast adrenaline decent indeed
get your self over to follow the dog in Cannock. that will test yuou

I am already feeling it after today's antics. I really need to build up my fitness as I'm no where as fit as I used to be
