Literally just pulling on the drive

Looks like Barrbeast is having a rough journey home :doh

Was he struggling with it on the lanes or was it just on way home?

Just the way home bud.

Perfect on the lanes and driving home fine just a bit slower than normal (sitting around 40mph) as I don't have the higher gears.

My own fault, I overdid an Aussie technique that makes the box work a lot harder than normal :doh

I should point out that she will do faster than 40mph but I'm keeping the revs sensible!

Is it just new oil and it'll be fine or something permanent

Dropped the oil out the plug twice and replaced with fresh but she's still not going above 2nd speed. Next thing to try is dropping the pan, emptying fully and cleaning the filter but I'm going to give a few auto specialists in Edinburgh and Glasgow a ring first for their opinion as there's no point in doing it if it needs something more.

SO annoyed at myself!(

The one positive I have is that she has full use of speeds 1 and 2 so it's not something that would leave you stuck in the middle of nowhere.

It's actually good that despite having some kind of issue that it's still strong enough to get you home. See what the auto box people say but I'm sure you'll get it sorted.

Better get some pics up hadn't I?

What a weekend, had an eventful drive up on Friday sitting in traffic on the M40 and then again just outside Warrington again on the M6, didn't end up getting to the camp site until after 12:30am after needing a nap in Bamber Bridge too :lol

The weather was meant to be rubbish all weekend but Saturday was stunning, took a turn for the worse on the Sunday which certainly made the coach road more interesting.

Terrance did well, got stuck once taking a stupid line that I really needed 35's - 37's to have even had a chance :lol Patrolman Steve saved my bacon!!! Then I almost had the truck slide into a massive rut, I couldn't move as if I moved the truck even slightly the ground under my drivers side wheel was subsiding, if the truck had have fell in it would have been game over for the bodywork!!!!!! Patrolman Steve jumped out his truck and I screamed like a girl and 30 seconds later there was a rope around my truck and the Deceptatrol was pulling me out just in time as the ground gave way!!!!!!

I owe you Steve!!!!! So glad he was right behind me in the convoy at that point :bow :bow :bow :bow

Apart from that I've had to swap my brake pads as they were down to the metal and I've also lost a front wing plastic trim :doh I brought two new ones recently and had them sprayed but some cowboy had repaired the spats with superglue as they were still on the truck and still had glue on them.

Great Weekend, Great Lanes, Great Guys, Great Trucks, can't wait for the next one!!!!!

Craigy managed to do a bit of damage to the Terranosaurus too  :(
