the dreaded broken clutch pedal bracket

its finnally happened to ours today foot on the clutch pedal clutch goes to the floor and stays their had a quick look and the welds were broken.

just took the clutch pedal bracket off and drilled out the welds and put in some m5 bolts and nuts cant do much about the fracture on the plating by the long threw bolts no welder all back together and seems fine as a temp fix.

now has any one got said clutch pedal bracket laying around for sale ?

I had this!!! Did the same repair as you and then the fracture was that bad that the pedal bracket fell away totally

I then fitted a new one from Rick

Easy peasey job!!!! The car is now being broken for parts so you can have it for £5 + postage if you want?

I'm sorry I'm sorry, I've had a lot on my plate of late and haven't really had chance to get any of the bits off that people have requested.

If you still want it, I'll remove it this week and get it posted ASAP as James wants the shell along with engine and gearbox and I've been told to get it off the car park at work or I'm going to get into trouble

Bracket and all bolts are now off I'll drop you a PM with PayPal details
