Apologies for not saying goodbye in person but as your physio was in I thought an interruption could lead to her tweaking something too hard.

Thanks for that, she did some good work, ultra sound etc, and last night was the first night for ages that I just slept no problem, till about 5 am when I must have moved bad in my sleep, and woke in great pain unable to get comfortable, so thought undone all the good work , but as the day has progressed it is not so bad, and as I sit here now, I feel quite comfortable, Rick
