Terrano Mk II bonnet guard for sale

This what I bought from elty, I'm so peed off as it won't fit the 3.0 (bigger bonnet bulge) so it's up for sale again, it's in good condition and has all the fixings, so will fit straight onto the truck.
I payed £40, so would like to get that back.
I will give you guys 1st dibs and then put it on the bay if no one want's it here.

Not only a size difference, the 2.7 I/C inlet is in the centre of the bonnet whereas the 3.0 is offset towards the o/s!

I never noticed that before, just been googling images now.
Yeh, the centre of the bonnet seems to bulge a bit higher at the front of the bonnet above the grill.
Does it not fit all or just look a bit weird?

A bonnet from a 2.7 won't fit the 3L or the other way around due to the different positions of the intercoolers:augie

It's not that that upsets the fitting of the bonnet guard, it's the "hump" in the center of the bonnet, the whole raised section, the 3.0 is more pronounced and the bonnet guard cannot "stretch" to fit.

I did try to make it fit, the centre fits, but the ends don't touch, unless you bend them back.
Pity they don't do them for the 3.0, I think they look cool

What about trying to get a hold of one for a 3.0 Trol?

I think the bonnet is a different shape, the 3.0 T2 bonnet just sits out more at the front in the middle and has a more raised hump on top than the 2.7. The Trol bonnet looks a lot more square along the front edge.
