Terrano Engine removal

Anyone taken the engine out of a Terrano 11............There is that orrible lump of a sump in the way and I would like to know how others have got around it

have a read of briggies thread. rick took his engin out, as far as I know hes the last one to do so.

Managed to get the engine out eventually by removing the front diff assembly and front prop which gave me plenty of room.The clutch bearing and plate is worn so will need changing as well.I don't think the waterpump problem was the start of the engines failure as at the back of the engine I found a hole in one cover which had been filled with chemical metal putty which was still leaking.
