Can I tighten it so its tighter against the sealing rubber ? , mine has sprunk a leak

I painted my door seal with Waxol, that cured my leak........ and cheaper than a £100 for a new door seal!

get a length of cable and place that into the rubber seal from end to end . this will make the seal bigger slightly and fix the leak

What a great idea, on the same thought, you could try some aquarium air line, may be a bit softer.
