Well I finally did it.... The poor old T2 was needing a lot of fixing up which was not worth the cost of doing. Needed a new gearbox (loud rattle on tickover in neutral), a new aircon condenser unit and a clutch. I have replaced it with a DAEWOO KORANDO 
. It is a 2.3 petrol so will keep a foot in the 4x4 camp :clap with a view to getting something a bit more manly to pull the caravan in a feqw weeks time.... sadly I will not be about on the forum much and wont need to renew my suscription. For the record this is still the best forum and the one for my new motor is frankly not good.... post something and it can take a week to get an answer
