Swing away spare wheel carrier

Can anyone with swing away spare wheel carriers post up a few close up pictures of the mounting points on the bumper and on the rear door.
Want to design and build one for my terrano as the hinges are strained and the spot welds and wheel carrier are cracking with the weight of a steelie fitted with a 33" tyre

This is one of the reasons i want to fit a swing away.
Over about 4 months this has happened.

Also the door drops about 1/2 inch with the spare on.
