Hi All.

Despite changing many parts I am still searching for my rear suspension noise.
I thought it worth removing the rear bumper to get a closer look in that area. However I can see how this item mounts to the rear.

Anyone know

From what I remember there are two main bolts at each side and then two bolts at each side that hold the mud flap brackets. Mines the long wheel base but I cannot imagine it being much different.
Here’s the main bolts that you are looking for on the metal reinforcement, tried to find them on the vehicle but probably need to look up from below.

The mud flap bracket bolts

Mud flap bracket bolts, these can rot into the chassis so might be worth seeing if the brackets will unbolt from the mud flaps to make it easier.
The whole bumper including the reinforcement and cover should slide backwards off the vehicle as one lump. Take care with the number plate lights if it has them fitted in the rear bumper.
This photo is the drivers side.
