hi
does anyone know how easy and what is involved in removing the torque convertor and fly wheel as want to change an auto in to a manual not sure how they are attached to the engine:thumb2

flywheel should go straight on, but all the electrics are different, not sure how the ECU will react to no input from the auto box that is not there, Rick

i have one i bought that has already been converted and it works fine so will have a something to refer too just trying to see what hold the torue convertor and flywheel to engine thats all and i have a mint body chassis but auto box hs clutch and i have other auto boxes but thought why i am into changing the box i might as well convert it to manual at he same time:thumb2

I've subscribed to this one!!!!

Please keep up posted with plenty pics if possible

Not often a thread tickles my belly :sly

I might be going the other way round.manual to auto as my rings are worn and weighing up weather to drop another engine in and strip and refurbish mine:nenau
