suspension arm removel

what sort of job is it to change a front suspension arm on a terrano, as the hole where the drop link goes through is worn so its buggered the rubbers:doh ohh, and what sort of price is a suspension arm? i've got another 2 droplinks but don't want to fit them if they just get damaged again

One on each side, ie one on top, one below I believe.:thumbs
