its easy to see it was driver error.my brain wouldn't allow me to turn the steering into the bank:doh.
but on a more serious note.shit elt im glad it didn't grip and squash you.
from my earlier video of my point of view.
my car was on 2 wheels only being propped up by that verge.
it wouldn't compute to drive into it for even more damage.
no If I get into this situation again. I will sit back and think about it first.
it would be easy to think. more power more aggression as that was what was needed last time.
every situation needs thinking about first differently.
but when your pumped up with adrenaline you just act
Not 2 months ago my mate drove straight up in a standard disco with no issues or damage.just shows you how quick the ground can change.
Er what happened to open the near side door and hang on to it? amateurs, Rick

Damage... I get upset if I pick up a stone chip...
Let alone a ding or a scratch heaven forbid...:doh
Looking at that video, it looked as though it didn't have to tilt that much before she could have rolled.
I thought these trucks could go to 40 degrees :nenau
That on the video looks less than 30:augie
A pair of wide sand ladders in the rut could have saved some of that damage, or 20 tonne of hardcore... No Alex.. not "that" sort...:augie
Alex, your front wing damage could be partly disguised with a "Navara" snorkel. :augie
Well Alex, now the bumpers are suitable for the car, they blend in well now...
The car has that non cared for look all over. :augie :lol:lol
A bit of hammerite brushed onto the front wing, some gaffa tape around the mirror...
Yep it's got character now.:augie :lol
The good news,
doing any more damage to it is unlikely to devalue it anymore.:thumb2
