steering idler??

My mav has gone in for MOT today and its failed, on a number of things, but whats a "steering idler" ???

I just typed the word "idler" into the search box above and found 21 threads with the word idler in!.

Try it and see how you get on, I know its good to talk but help with your problem may be there.

Especially the Gego post about holes in the wrong place!.

Hummingbird had same problem on his.Think he got one from Milners.

Yep, just over £40 for it, dealers want over a ton I'm told, there is an issue with Milners supplying the wrong one, it fits but you have to drill one of the holes out, another member found this and pushed them and they swapped it for the correct one - I didn't have time wanted my truck back on the road.

Will look for the relevant thread in a while and se who it was.

Damn, when I bought mine before christmas they did not do it for the mark 2 D22.

Yes they sent me the one that did not fit but a bit of work with a round file and it is on and works fine.
