Steering idle arm

I need to change the steering bar which runs from one wheel to the other. The joints which come with the new bar are they fixed or just a normal ball joint and also with the idle arm would I be better off changing the whole thing for a aftermarket one from milners or get new bushes from nissan and rebuild mine ..:nenau. :thumb2. Sorry for yet more help.

For road work just re bush the idler.
The relay rod has one fixed ball each end.
