Pack 'em with motor grease from the gearbox of an electric loco. They'll never click again and there'll be no play.

A guy I once knew tried this on his car. Not only did it never click again, but it made the steering about three times heavier.

He had to remove the steering column and burn the grease out. At which point he realised that all it needed was some nuts tightening.

It's the winter bloke. Speaking for myself, I struggle like hell in the winter. It really gets me down and I find it hard to communicate with anybody, wife, clients or friends.
Be patient. They'll get back to you. We just forget that we are spoilt on this forum sometimes. The other forum that I check regularly, if I put a post on it, can be days before you get any kind of response.
