I have just bought some manual avm's too and read maintenance section of instructions in box they came in & it says not to lube at all no grease (grase actually) light sae 30 only. is this at odds with download????
any one help?? or have I missed something here?

Hello mate, my manual's arrived tuesday but not fitting them till saturday, i believe PLANK who part wrote the download said it does pay to grease them although not quite as much as he orignally suggested in the download.

I would double check with him though, let me know how you do get on fitting them as i've got to do it saturday!
