HI I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP MY NISSAN 2.7 TD HAS A PROBLEM WHEN IT GETS WARM IT DOSN,T OVER HEAT AND IVE ALREADY HAD THE INJECTORS DONE AND THE EGR VALVE BLOCKED OFF BUT IT HAS,NT MADE A DIFERANCE WHAT IS HAPPENING IS WHEN I HAVE RUN THE ENGINE ON FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES IT STARTS TO BLOW OUT BLUEY GREY SMOKE FROM EXHAUST ON PULLOFF UPTO ABOUT 40 MPH THEN IT SEEMS FINE ALSO I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE OIL LEVEL INCREASES SO I HAVE TO DO A IOL AND FILTER EVERY OTHER MONTH AND IM NOT LOSING ANY WATER SO COULD IT BE THAT THE DIESEL PUMP OR WHAT PLEASE HELP

Sounds like it could be the seal in the end of the injection pump has gone and letting diesel in to the oil, this will have the effect of thinning the oil that will then pass the piston rings and burn emitting smoke.
Unfortunately the injection pump will have to be removed to change the seal to prove if it is the problem but it does point in that direction from what you have said above.

Hi toolbox just to let you know ive booked it in at carwoods for an overall i sall let you know the out come just hope its not over £350 to fix
at £65 an hour i hope they resolve it promptly
