We went out in the Terry yesterday and I noticed that it does feel a bit boatish when driving along and on the corners, compared to my van and other cars I drive.
I was having a look under me Terry just now, and when I hold the top of rear wheels and rock them, I get a knocking/clunking sound, more from the off side area, I don't notice it when driving. Could this be worn suspension parts, I have done the drop links and they feel OK :nenau

I think you need to get under there mate and have a propper look

Could be a few things to be fair

Snapped spring, spring moving in it's cup, dodgy shocker, exhaust centre/back box moving, loose hub etc etc

Yeah cheers, Will wait for my son to come home, so he can rock it while I look :thumbs

As I was warned about checking for noise the handbrake and drums make strange noises when checking so be careful you don't get a false negative placebo :thumb2

First thing that springs to mind is poss your rear ARB drop links have gone if your getting a clonk & floaty feel hopefully that is the case as it's a cheap & easy fix

I was thinking the same thing, the car is parked on a slope and it may be movement on the brakes, I will jack it and have a look (axle stands) :thumbs

These are fine, before I changed them, I could detect a knocking noise, but now it's quiet.

Keep an eye on it, good call on the ARB droplinks though, easy cure for that is to remove the whole lot like I did :thumb2

Lovely articulation :sly

Cheers, will do.
I don't use my T for off roading, so don't need articulation like some of you guys :thumbs
