Oh man what a difference, removed the front anti roll bar links on the project truck today and fitted rose joints instead.
Tooks Solarmans advice from a while back and removed anti roll bar to fit the new links, makes it far easier to tighten them up properly. To remove the anto roll bar clamps I used Rustics advice of losen tighten the stubborn nuts.

Job done and much better, teouble is I can hear every other knocks and rattles now :doh

Did find time to replace the bolts holding the aluminium plate on the side steps which is a whole lot better too.

Sounds like you've had a productive day Jim:thumb2
Its a good feeling to sort out these little jobs, well done mate!!!

A productive weekend Jim.
That's a few jobs off the list.:thumb2

Where did you get those from Jim.? My MOT is due soon and there is quite a bit to do and this is one of the jobs.

Cheers

I bought them ages ago from bigbunny, sounds bad :lol.

If you do a search on here there was a thread ages ago which I think it was Makeitfit, Banshee and Elty were sourcing them. I was going to see how these perform before trying to source another set for the other truck.

Been using them for a good few years now.
Only just recently changed the rose joints but gone through a couple of sets of bushes.

Been for a long ride out to Rotherham today and the car felt really good, loads different.
