Side pods

Ok help how do the side pods for by the screen for? need to get either off to run cables up to dash cam

I think they just clip on.have to pull the door rubber off in that area aswell to access the rear of them.

As said pull the door seal off. I found a gentle pry between the trim and the a post did the trick for me.
