there not really any good to be honest, i was given one a few weeks ago, better to go to local tackle shop and see whats on offer, you should be able to get a rod & reel and line for about £30-40, much stronger and made for the job.<a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZSfox000%2526i%253D7%252F7%255F3%255F202%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_3_202.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D7%252F7_3_202%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"></a>:lol

very low quality, made for light work really, but you never know what you might catch:eek: if you want to leave it in your car just in case it's proberly ideal, but i would'nt try casting to far with it,:lol, you can buy better quality telescopic rods which are better suited to sea fishing but obviously they are dearer, reels are cheaper to buy anyway so not a problem. :thumb2
