Just tying to remove the scuttle panel, the black plastic panel below the windscreen. I've got the wiper arms off, got the rubber sealin engine bay with its little clips and the self tapper in the centre. However there are two small plastic clips of some description at either end, I just can't shift them. Has anyone got any ideas how to remove these clips or rivets please.

Just had a good go and sure enough it's popped off, just didn't want to damage the panel. Cleaned it all out underneath the panel and found a piece of sharp metal sticking up :doh

Found the panel that leaks too, so cleaned it all off with a sponge and water. Once dry will clean a little bit of surface rust and hammerite it all after sealing the panel of course.

glad i found this as i need to have mine off as a leek into both footwells.

Hmm mine was only into the NS footwell. You'll find four big holes under there but only the one nearest the NS is above the heater intake.

Have you hosed out behind the door hinges too. I've also heard people on here have the tailgate seal leak and water run into the front footwells too. Also check both front inner wing bulkheads are solid too as that can be a water ingress spot too.
