Lucky you, I had nothing but hassle today, Rick

You and me both Rick, I'm having to re-learn hexidecimal, binary and decimal, scripting and all sorts for my new job, but I tell you what,I'm going to be Rayf in the making if I knuckle down with things.

How are they all still off work is what I want to know :( :bow

Well I took a days holiday, but in fairness I was on call all over Christmas so I felt no guilt

Having looked up what Hexidecimal is as I have never heard of the expression. It reminded me of the time I looked through some old exam papers of mine, not only could I not answer any of the questions but neither could I understand my notes written in the margins.

It reminds me of a time between 1967-1971 when I knew what log.log tables were to the base e, imaginary numbers, not forgetting substitution formulas such as Frobenius.

My days of learning Fortran 4 are similarly distant as is the memory of punching my own cards late at night to be loaded into the University's Hybrid Computer by the Day Staff. To think a whole floor of the buildings was taken up by the Computer that today would probably fit in your pocket !

Must be a good feeling though getting the Grey Matter working and accomplishing things.
Hats off to you Banshee.
