rust oh no

removed my leaking fuel tank today doddle.decided to wire brush body and chasis whilst off.after clean and wire brush i painted with rust converter then sprayed with waxoyl under seal.the problem i found was where the body comes down behind both wheels inside there are a couple of rubber bungs they have rusted thro just above the bungs is this a get it welded or a fill it job.that is if you understand where i mean.tried taking pics but its behind chassis rail and to dark to get pic. sorry to confuse.

i think I know where you mean, water from inside can drain away via the bungs if needed. i would get it welded, as its structural (seats are sat on top of it!)

this is right at the back near the chassis end.any decent welders on here dont mind travelling.
