Hi all

Noticed today that there is movement on the bonnet while driving, had a look and was wondering if I am missing some rubber spacers or something, also noticed cargo door has some black gunge at the lock which may also have been a rubber bump stop or similar. Photos attached and any thoughts welcome.Thanks.

Liam, I think the only place you should have rubbers (apart from in your glove box LOL) is one in each corner of that front cross-member, so the corners of the bonnet sit on them? If they are missing you need to pinch some from a scrapper.

Don't think there is a rubber on the tailgate, but my older truck had a problem for a while with a rattling tailgate which I fixed by wrapping a bit of plastic round that catch and then slamming it shut - The Redhead eventually solved it for me by backing into a concrete post! :kissy

yep, just a bit further left and right of the ends of your photo...the type you can screw up and down to adjust height.

you don't want to go there trust me...redheads are altogether too much trouble! They put the 'f' in 'fiesty'...and another word that escapes me for the moment.... :naughty
