Rubber seal maintenance

Whilst Ive been a member here the question of how to preserve or even revive rubber seals like the one around the tail gate has been asked dozens of times.

I can never rember what it is I used to do that until I found the tube today (whilst rooting around for the sat nav software)

So for future ref this is the stuff, top gear you should find it on ebay for around a fiver and 100% recommended :thumb2
