Rotten sill needs replacing help!!

The near side sill near the rear wheel is knackered and the Mot is next month can anyone recommend a workshop or garage in east London/Essex/havering that can do the job for me? Or any one with some fabrication skills and a welder want to earn some cash?

I have a good outer sill not sure which side but can fabricate some metal if need be, just PM me for a day, Rick
