roof bars removal

The roof bars on my 96 are letting water in as they are slightly loose.
anyone know how to remove please to re seal.

Ball ended allen key up it's slot :lol There's a little hole in the foot , it may have a blanking piece in it, put your allen key in there and loosen away :thumb2
