No unfortunately they won’t fit, they are from the later Maverick like Cameramans which is not the same as the Terrano based Mav.

No I don't think so, will have to check but the Ford/Mazda Mavericks have a runner over a body seam in the roof that the roof bars attach to, this is completely different to the T2/Mav st up where the roof has no seam at all. If you can't find a Maverick to look at check out a subaru impreza wagon (estate) these use a similar type of fitting.

Defo not fit, its been tried before, which is why I've now two brand new pairs for mine (at a knock down price) that I don't really need.

They fit accross the roof into pre mounted channels and have a special type of square foot that fits no other vehicles!! They can be slid forwards and backwards and locked into place as required. A good design if you have a new Mav and need roof bars. I only use mine now to stand on to clean the caravan roof. (Cheaper than a ladder at £4. per pair  )

You can't attach them so size is immaterial.
Not immaterial at all just wanted to know why they don't fit as there is not alot on the size of all of them long + wide..

Ta cameraman, now I know which way I need to look as to getting sorted.

Have you got any photo's of your rack yet hummingbird 8)
I would like to see them to my mate!

Just the one photo for now - HERE

TBH the skoda ones are fractionally too long and the very front of the front feet struggle to pull down against the rubber properly, but they'll do for me. would advise anyone else to look for some slightly shorter rails.

Looks good! Ta for the pic.

They look really good HB  Cheers for the photo, am I right in thinking they are fitted right on the edge of the foor panel :?
