Just a quick note on an Everton legend who sadly passed yesterday morning!!
I am to young to remember his glorious spell in the 80's (but have heard about it from my dad, and seen it all on youtube)
I do remember his not so glorious spell which seen us celebrate like we had won the league on the last day against Coventry. Which after missing out on tickets to the wimbledon game of 94 (another last day survival) and the cup final of 95 is closest I have come to celebrating winning a trophy actually in the stadium. Dancing around the living room with my dad in 95 is the only time I remember us lifting a trophy.
So RIP Howard true blue!!!!
