replacing Maverick radio

When I wanted to replace the standard r/cas. in my N reg Maverick,I could not buy a suitable harness.I think this is because the amplifier is under the drivers seat.My solution was to make a harness,long enough to extend the speaker wires,from the back of my new radio/cd,to the speaker wires terminating at the box under the drivers seat.

The only thing under my drivers seat it the CD autochanger :? I've not heard of nissan fitting an anp there :roll:

Ye got one under my seat and someone has done the same mod, crap job though il put it right when i got time. :roll:

My old one had had the line in feeds to the amp connected to the speaker connectors fromt he amp - whic I presume must go back up to the head unit as everything connected fine up at the head unit.
