Remote locking fob!.

Thanks for the welcome & information guys.
My first quest is to try to revive the remote locking fob as it does not work - battery is OK assuming the little flat 3 v battery is the correct one.
Second quest is to obtain a new detent button for the auto shift as half of it is broken off.
Any suggestions as to where to start ?

you can pick them up on e bay quite cheap.you then have to program them but there are simple instructions on how to do it in the workshop downloads sections.

I have tried e-bay but mine only has one button and those on e-bay have two or more. I have found a UK firm who will repair it & fit new casing for £35 plus postage so I might go for that.
