I dont think so cause the central locking still works with the key!
Where is the wireless reciever bit?:nenau
My remote door locking function has stopped working!
I've changed the batteries in the fob thing but no change:doh
Does anyone know where I should look next?
Ta:thumbs
Pete the little microswitches in the key often go u/s - did you get a squint at them when you changed the battery? If not, just whip the key top off again and split the thing in half (its just clips together) and see whats what.....you can buy them on the Bay and resolder if you're careful, but because they are surface mount as opposed to old-fashioned "through the circuit board" technology, soldering is a bit more fiddly....otherwise its a new key for you my boy....!
Do you mean the key "Fob" thing having the micro switches in?
If so I'll be at it this evening:sly then I'll try and fix the fob:lol
i refuse to believe that paulyyyyyyyyyyyyy:augie
