hi lads. problem on a mistral. by each rear suspension spring theres a strut that goes from chassis to bodywork. are these shocks? offside one has sheared off its mounting bolt, push the tube and theres no resistance, spring naff? how much to buy? should i buy a pair? anyone got any? cheers

Try the above link for a pair of rear shocks (loads on eBay). Def. replace them as a pair, if one has gone t'other won't be far behind. If there's no resistance in the broken one it's because the oil has leaked out, probably why it snapped - easy enough job to replace them.

my mistral did the same.
did not realise until i saw the pool of oil.
if u intend to drive it (not advisable) you run the risk if the shock snapping a brake line
easy job have not got to jack the car up or take a wheel off
