Rear Seat belt mount

Hi
Can anyone please enlighten me on how to remove the rear-most upper seat belt mounts? I'm replacing the interior boot trim, and I can't get the plastic off without taking off the belts!

Just had a look at mine, once had them off on mine but a long time ago. Think it just looks like a plastic cap over a bolt head.

had mine off to do some welding and it just prised off

Thanks all. Pliers pulled off the cover, and a socket did the rest.
