Rear light lens

ok,Because of one of my neighbours who can't reverse i am now looking for a new rear,near side indicator lens,have mailed parts gateway and will try nissan 2morrow,is there anywhere else i should try,money no object as he's paying... :lol: :lol:

if he is paying i would go to nissan i dealt with parts gateway and they quoted £12 plus vat more than nissan quoted me brand new personally i have found part gateway very dear for second hand parts
you could try ebay as well

Well,i can't get just the lens from anywhere,so i have just ordered a complete new rear light from my local Nissan Dealer!!
£96.00 including the vat!! could have got it from parts gateway for a little cheaper but heay!,i'm not paying for it!!
That'll teach him for not looking when he reverses!!
Believe me his Vectra come off worse!! :lol:
He'll need a new bumper,rear light cluster and boot lid,can't believe the amount of damage to his and so little to mine!!
Only about a 2" crack in the lens,Bumper fine with no scratches!!lol

Na m8,my lenses have plastic trims round them and the reverse light is clear with a bulge,nothing like the ones on ebay,different from the ones sweety has!!

Nice one cosmic glad you got the neighbour to pay -welldone- I would have gone straight to Nissan aswell, that'll teach him to brush up on his driving skills :smile: .

I got three Quots,one from mark at £80 odd,one from parts gateway for £78,and one from Nissan for £98.
Can't get just the lens,had to be the whole light unit!! which i found odd but heay! i ain't paying.
So my neighbour has given me £100 tonight coz i ordered a new light from Nissan!!
Could have pulled a fast one but at least i'm getting a brand new light module out of it!! :lol: :lol:

no rear lights on mavs, t2, mistral can be different, some are smoked, some are set out diff in the layouts of lights etc, there are part numbers on the rear of each light to show which one it is.

The light came this morning from the Nissan dealer,all bulbs already in!
Took the old one out(4 screws on the front) Guess where all the muck collects?? :? The wireing plug was stiff to come out coz of the dirt but once it was out it was a 5 min job!!
Just plug in connection and screw the 4 screws back in,job done :lol:
All for £86,and he paid!! :lol: :lol:
