Does anybody know if you can get hinges to allow the larger rear door to open 180 degrees on a Y61?

Didn’t Jay do something along these lines and post a vid on YouTube
the video that Jay done was for the small door to open a full 90 deg, I wanted both doors to open 180 deg, maybe I’ll have a look at getting something made from my local engineering company.

You may find the spare could get in the way for the large door to open that wide Wheelie. There could be legal implications too, with the doors opening wider than the vehicle and the ability to obscure your rear light clusters.
I own vans as part of the work I do.
Just my thoughts as a Patrol owner myself.
What’s your thinking behind wanting them to open this wide?

Well, me being a largish lad when the stove is out and I want something out the fridge or from the drawers the stove table gets in the way so I thought it would be good to have it opened fully. Some of the vans I’ve had have the retainers on the doors Unclip and you can open fully. That’s what I want to achieve

Didn't Rob fit one to Foxy? :nenau

That was just to let the small door open to 90° bro.

Would need some major redesign on the hinges I reckon Wheelie as the Y61 hinges aren't external like the Y60 ones :nenau

I can see your thinking.
Will your fully open door with the stove on it still be under the cover of your awning?
