hi mate they are straight forward to fit, i cut the the rear stabilizers off with a grinder and replaced them at the same time but once off its just a case of bolting the stabilizers back on but leave them loose undo the anti roll bar clamps to get the bar off the refit them with the grease supplied then bolt the bar back on at each end to the stabilizer links hold the bar in place with a jack to where the arb clamps go and get the bolts in bearing in mind nothing should be done up tight yet.
once all the nuts and bolts are back in place tighten the stabilizer links at the top where they fit too the chassis the tighten the bolts at each end of the arb itself then tighten the arb clamp bolts then job done what a difference
well worth it.
