Re-plumbing the Pearl

The rebuild continues and today I got a whole lot of plumbing done.
All new Bio proof fuel lines feed and return fitted from tank right through to pump and filter .

The very last bit of floor tidied and stone chipped. Not the lack of prop tunnel . This is where the LPG tank will be returned shortly.

LPG tank is now back in place and I've offset it . There's just enough room now on the n/s to get my second battery in. That'll run rear winch and power amps :naughty

Had a bit of bother with my coil though :lol

While I'm running all these new pipes I thought I might as well extend/renew all the breather. Shiny 6mm yellow
Here's a small peep looking up under drivers seat. That's the rear diff and gearbox breathers along side fuel lines .

Pipes up through floor grommets to manifold on centre console.

The last bit goes off and up the snorkel pipe to roof level on n/s
Got to make battery platform tomorrow and then some wiring to renew as it's going to be persisting down

I bought them ages ago but never got round to fitting them. Search the site or ring him up. Very helpful chaps :thumbs

Looks just the same. 6mm OD though
If your existing breathers are in good nick, all you need do is extend the pipe on the bulkhead and the one on the rear diff.
The rear diff goes internally somehow to the rear cab, but mine have long gone to big bellied tin worm
