Being as the Lake has A lid on it, therefore No Fishing and Were due a Coating of the white stuff, I'm looking to Inspect, Clean & re-grease My Auto locking front Hubs to make sure they're all sorted.

Do I need to jack the truck up & remove the wheel or can i just remove centre cap, remove the A/L/H & put the centre cap back on whilst I refurbish it?

Have got the Coppa grease & white spirit.

Personally I wouldn't use copper grease, I remember Shark1e only used it as it was what he had at hand. A light smear of ordinary grease would be better. You don't need to jack it up (well you didn't when we did a few hub things for the downloads) just undo the allan key headed bolts and the whole thing comes off.

I did find taking the hub off, then putting a decent dollop of engine oil inside then slapping it back on and running it for a while made them free up nicely and clean up easier for a service.

Cheers for the tip...I'll Scrap the copper grease idea then and go with normal grease instead.

anything I should look for regards worn parts, although i don't think it's done a lot of off roading / 4x4 work.

A skim through the downloads section will help!

clean and grease sliders on brake callipers

clean mini/banjo fuel filter (if you have one)

but to be honest there aren't ll that many things with a T2, the auto hubs are probably the most FAQ on here.

Just done the Auto hubs this morning....proper brass monkeys taking them off, but nice n warm re-greasing them on the dining room table with the Stove burning. :)
TBH, They didn't look too bad inside, but I did them anyway as I figured they'd have had little or no attention for A while. Nice easy job too with the downloads.

Regards the other bits you mentioned, I have to replace both calliper carriers as one of the slide bolts on either side has seized meaning I cant get the new pads in until i get new ones, Pistons are ok tho and fortunately the brakes are still working ok.
Just waiting to hear from Makeitfit or CNCFABS if the ones they have on the Trucks they're breaking are good un's so i can get them done.

I'm planning on an Oil & filter service too in the near future so will check all that stuff out.

In future, don't spend all your dosh at once! It is worth considering gear/transfer/diffs ad these oild may have been neglected too :thumb2
