No, it's easy...

You just put URL=then the link, in square brackets, then what you want to display, the /URL in square brackets...

It's called BBcode... but that's another thing the Administrator can do, is lock down what code you can and can not use on their specific forum, so just because it is listed, it may not work on all sites.
