Problem with Photobucket

I've been trying to upload some pics to Photobucket to put on the club site, but am unable to do so.
I can log in to Photobucket with no problem, but when I try to upload from my pc nothing happens. I get the screen with the various tabs, with the tab stating "My Computer" highlighted, but it won't allow me to go any further.
Anyone got any ideas?
Don't know if it's relevant, but I'm working with a dongle for an internet connection from Southern Spain?
