why not use that premium anti-rust stuff mentioned on another thread...expensive but cheaper than p/c and seems the DBs....

I'm trying to get a bit of thickness to the coating for rufty tufty ness:augie
Got a good finish on it now but once it's been bashed about a bit er well it'll be er goosed

spoke to him said about £90 depending on colour.

you would be looking at about 100 quid at our place.
depends weather you have it shotblasted before hand.(which i would recomend even on new steel)
used to have a list from an old coatings magazine of almost every finishing plant in the u.k.
will see if i can find anything in your area:thumbs
