Possible oil leak? Turbo

Have a small problem with my Mav 2.7td. Have just got back from 6 days with Welsh Rally GB. Noticed that when I have the Mav running on idle for about 1/2 hour. (Need to do this as I run 2 radios during the rally). Once I start off there is a lot of white smoke clears after a while 2-3 mins. Could this be possible oil leak on the turbo Mav has done 114,000mils.
Has any one every replaced the oil seals? Is it a easy job or does it need a garage?

Wouldn't worry about it. I used to have my 09 combo van running all night and it would smoke like a chimney in the morning when I pulled off. Had a 57 fiesta van before that and it was exactly the same, every works van I've had has done the same thing. Don't know why, not worried anymore.
You should fit a second battery :augie

Going to fit a second battery over the winter ready for next year. Not to worried but was wondering if it is possible to fit new seals and how diffcult it would be.
